Circle Inn Hotel and Suites Bacolod

The staff were very responsive n polite. I also liked that you could order brkfst any time of the day. AND free WiFi. Cant go wrong with those ingredients. I would stay there again.

I have stayed at the Circle Inn before and every stay there has been top quality. The staff is friendly and courteous. The rooms are awesome and the location is perfect. I would recommend this Hotel gladly to anyone who needs to stay in Bacolod. Top Notch

Not one thing. As close to a perfect stay as you are ever likely to find.

New buffet for breakfast

Great place

Needs more selection for breakfast

The location was closed to the CBD. The children enjoyed the pool, and it was nice! Good breakfast spread.

The shower water pressure was quite low. Additionally, the room did not include complimentary basic amenities such as a toothbrush, which are typically expected in hotel accommodations.

Location

Breakfast, and noise from pool!

Room

Pool should open at least 6am for us earlybirds, 9am is useless for those working early grrr. Food at restaurant below average also.

It's only the pool.

The aircon not working and so many mosquito in the room. It's not accessible when you needed to go.

The room was very clean and everything worked as expected. There's a restaurant with reasonably priced dishes.

I didn't find any restaurants near the hotel. If there had been I could have eaten there too

Location is very accessible. Breakfast is good. The staff are very helpful and accomodating.

The staff as usual very good and accommodating.

Was disappointed as did think it had been updated, I could see the outside was looking good but the rooms, restaurant same as I remembered and looking the worse for it, as said disappointed as was really looking forward to a bit more special, maybe next time!.

We stayed in this hotel during mascara festival 2022 and it was ok thats why we came back. The Rooms are big

The service, we asked for a coffee and creamer the reception said we can only provide once a day.

The location is perfect, near to major shopping centres and other facilities.

The internet connection is poor. There is no internet in our room even we reported the issue to the reception many times. We didn’t connect to the internet at all.

Location was great, near Upper East/Mega World and Lacson street, where most of your shopping needs can be accommodated. Staff was great, met all request asked for.Security was great, parking area has 24/7 guards.

The breakfast buffet wasn't great and not many choices for P349. Believe it or not, Jolibee had better choices, and I don't like Jolibee. The restaurant area was very small. The lobby area was very noisy from social events, even at 10pm at night.

Hotel is close to the city centre

The AC was too loud and temperature not selectable

Very beautiful hotel. Equipped. Big rooms. We were given a room with a relatively old air conditioner so the room wasn't always cold enough on the hot days of the Philippines. And they had a glitch in the hotel with the internet. But apart from who it is a great hotel.

The weak Internet connection. And the weak water stream in the shower as well.

Friendly staff. Location. Value for money

Better bedside lighting. Higher wattage bulb. Not enough bedside light to read in bed

The place is clean and neat. The staff were accommodating.

No hair dryer to use and no free toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers. I chose my preference during reservation that I prefer a single bed, but they have given me a room with 2 beds.

The staffs are friendly and accommodating.

Everything in there needs to be bought, I think it could have been better if they provided standard condiments as well like toothbrushes (disposable) as well as toothpaste that in other hotels are normally provided with the same price range.

It was clean and the staff are easy to talk to.

The breakfast is not included in the booking. Its a bit unusual for us since we often have an automatic free breakfast to any hotels we book.
